Your data is required by us in order to check licence validity with DVLA and to book the following tests, on your behalf, with DVSA and Pearson VUE
• Theory Tests
• Hazard Perception Tests
• Driving Tests
• CPC Module 2 Tests

The majority of data we collect is defined as personal data under UK data protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679. We also collect business information in order to maintain contact with customers and process invoices.

We collect personal data that allows us to maintain contact, arrange training dates and book various tests on your behalf. This personal data includes:
• Your name
• Your contact details including address, telephone numbers and email address
• Your driving licence number
We collect business data that allows us to maintain contact and process invoices. the data includes:
• Company name
• Contact details including address, contact name, telephone numbers and email address
6. How long we keep your personal information
We will keep your data only for as long as it is required for the purposes noted above, after which it is securely destroyed
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing or storing of your data at any time.

Any data you provide will be stored on our password protected business computer. Any hard copy data such as copies of invoices are stored in a secure office.

We take appropriate technical and organisation measures to ensure your data is protected at all times. Data transmitted by us via the Internet to the DVSA is protected by their high grade encryption TLS 1. 1/1.2
10. Queries and complaints
You also have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office (https://ico.org.uk/) if you think there is a problem with how we are handling your data.
