4. The categories of data we collectThe majority of data we collect is defined as personal data under UK data protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679. We also collect business information in order to maintain contact with customers and process invoices.
5. The personal and business data we collect about youWe collect personal data that allows us to maintain contact, arrange training dates and book various tests on your behalf. This personal data includes:
• Your name
• Your contact details including address, telephone numbers and email address
• Your driving licence number

6. How long we keep your personal informationWe will keep your data only for as long as it is required for the purposes noted above, after which it is securely destroyed

7. Where we store your dataAny data you provide will be stored on our password protected business computer. Any hard copy data such as copies of invoices are stored in a secure office.
8. Security of your dataWe take appropriate technical and organisation measures to ensure your data is protected at all times. Data transmitted by us via the Internet to the DVSA is protected by their high grade encryption TLS 1. 1/1.2
